We have organized over 10,000 farmers into 730 farmer SHGs which   are federated into
9 cooperatives

We are the first Small Producer Organization involved in cotton  and certified by Fair Trade International in India

We have established elaborate and comprehensive supply chain with  ginning, spinning, garmenting units, brands to aggregate and market

We are providing technical and financial support to enable the NREGA Consortium with 7 partner NGOs to build viable and sustainable agricultural program in the project area

We are implementing comprehensive Watershed program in the 3100 hectares benefitting 1100 tribal households in collaboration with Indo-German Watershed Program, NABARD

We have facilitated the establishment of over500 farm ponds in Andhra Pradesh and  Odisha in convergence with NREGS and Watershed Program and ensured plantation of over 250,000 fruit, biomass and agro-forestry plants.  We have  established through farmers over 2000compost pits and have been anchoring the soil fertility sub group of Revitalizing Rain fed Agriculture (RRA) Network to taken up pilots for action research to be fed into formulation of national policies

We are playing a pivotal role in different sector building organizations, in the field of sustainable agriculture and ethical marketing, by representing boards of Network of Asian Producers (NAP), Made-By (UK), Made-By(Europe), Cotton Advisory Committee, Fair Trade International (Germany), Non-Pesticide Movement in India (NPMI), Revitalizing Rain fed Network( India)

We have established 3 Child Resource Centers benefitting 120 children and 4 bridge schools to mainstream 95 tribal children into regular education  in Andhra Pradesh. We work with over 30 schools covering 2950 children to improve the quality of education in Odisha.

We have supported the establishment of one new primary school in collaboration with cooperative in Maharashtra

We have provided scholarships to over 150  children for higher education (+2 onwards) annually, with specific emphasis on girl children from the remote southern west Odisha

We have played an important role in  a nation-wide mobilization ‘Kissan Swaraj Yatra’ drawing fresh attention to the continuing agricultural crisis in India, and calling for a comprehensive new path for Indian agriculture – that will provide livelihood and food security for small farmers, keep our soils alive and our food and water poison-free
