Consortium of South Odisha Development Initiative is a network of 8 likeminded organizations working towards the integrated development of South Orissa. Currently, SODI is implementing a comprehensive program - to organize the sustainable cultivation of Pigeon pea and Turmeric cultivation by smallholder farming households
- to mainstream volumes for increased profitability on the production of Pigeon pea and Turmeric and other pulses crops.
Chetna is working with 500 farmers in Rayagada district of Odisha on the pigeon pea value chain.
